Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Our promise to you. We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday*. We're business as usual for all Orders. We dispatch all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after a Public Holiday), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our DC teams work to prepare your DISSH order.
We have recently been forced to update our free shipping threshold due to the increase in postage costs from Australia Post. As an Australian family owned & run brand, we will always endeavour to give you the best possible rate, as our customer you are our number one priority and the reason we get to do THIS! All orders over $100 will receive FREE express shipping within Australia. Those under $100 will have the option of $5.99 for standard shipping & $10.99 for express shipping within Australia. We have reintroduced the standard shipping option, so we can offer a lower cost option.

We are currently partnered with DHL for international shipping to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland and Europe.

For all other countries, we are partnered with Australia Post. Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are not delivering to all countries. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, expect international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
If your order was placed before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and sent out the same day.
We use both Australia Post and DHL for all of our deliveries. If you are unable to find your email from the relative shipping couriers, please check your junk mail filter or alternatively contact us here at customerservice@dissh.com.au.
Please note that we do not operate on public holidays or weekends.
Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the Australia Post or DHL depot, and you will be emailed your tracking number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post / DHL. Any delays caused by the Shipping company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the Shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations.
Subject to the Dissh returns policy, Dissh will take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Dissh.
CLICK & COLLECT
We now offer free Click & Collect in select stores in Queensland. Shop dissh.com.au, and at the check out, select your most convenient store location for pick up. Stores available to Click & Collect include Brisbane City, Chermside, Indooroopilly, Pacific Fair and Sunshine Plaza.
Please note, Click & Collect is a free service, there is no shipping charge. Once your order has been confirmed, you will be notified when your pieces are ready for pick up at your selected store. Please present your confirmation email to one of our DISSH staff members to receive your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been picked up. You are welcome to try your order on instore. If it's not the perfect fit, you can return your item in store for a refund (full price items only).
